California sex offender doing business here

Private citizens are circulating information about a convicted sex offender who moved here from California several years ago.
The man’s name and photo appears in the state of California’s Registry of Sex Offenders and its indicated that he has been in violation of registration requirements since December of 2002. It’s believed that the man, who is not Samoan, moved here with his wife in 2003 and has been operating a food business. Under law, the prison warden is charged with keeping a registry of sex offenders convicted in the territory. The law also states that the warden must maintain a registry of sex offenders’ records which are referred from other states or jurisdictions of the United States. The reason why the private citizens decided to spread the word about the man’s past offence is because he has been hanging around young girls.
